Every day, you will give yourself points accordingly, and post it in your points log.
Here's how you gain/lose points. Remeber, the goal is to get the most.
Calorie Intake: 0-200 cals: 6 pts 201-400 cals: 5 pts 401-600 cals: 4 pts 601-800 cals: 3 pts 801-1000 cals: 2 pts 1001-1200 cals: 1 pt
Exercise: Running: 2 pts, every 10 mins Crunches: 1 pt, every 50 crunches Full situps: 2 pts every fifty situps Pushups: 1pt every 20 Jumping Jacks: 1pt every 50 Various exercise excluding walking: 2pts every fifteen mins of it. Walking: 1pt every hour
Miscellaneus: Taking your vitamins: 1 pt. Laxies/purging: -3 pts. Beating a craving (entire day): 2pts pampering yourself: 1pt.(shopping, tanning, anything fun and non food related) Water: 2 pts, every 8 oz Taking your diet pills: 2 pts Losing a pound from the day before: 3pts Gaining a pound from the day before: -3pts

Thank God I have this ugly fat body for which to focus on and hate and spend all my time trying to fix, change, lessen. Thank God for exercise machines, and diet pills. Thank God for weightloss. Thank God I can try and fix the outside because I just know that the inside is beyond repair. |
